Sadly, with this ^guy at the helm it took half a year to figure that out. Along with that only allow windows 8 on a touchscreen device. The UI (tiles) was designed for it. No wonder the OS is not doing so well. I tried on non-touch screen laptop and on a touchscreen, its a world of difference.
