the two are different and Clinton doesn't know it.
Need to get the fucking insurance industry OUT of the health insurance business.
Single payor, mutually owned ... ie, tax dollars, opt out system for the obscenely wealthy.
If millionaires want to pay for private insurance fine. The rest of us bloody well don't
